Meet the Team
Patrick Bagan
Patrick has extensive experience in pricing from his former career as an actuary. His main role helps put together the numerical story that establishes how Wagan Holdings expects to meet returns determined in each deal. In addition to the numbers, he takes lead on the acquisitions of each of Wagan Holdings investments, responsible for much of the day to day work; dealing with the property management companies, putting together the lending arrangements, and even performing minor maintenance every once in a while.
Dr. Brian Wirth
Brian has extensive experience in business management, ownership, purchasing, and commercial real estate. He currently manages just over 10 million in commercial real estate. Brian has a decade of experience running a successful chiropractic practice and has excellent general business knowledge when it comes to effectively managing funds and efficiently following tax laws. He also acts as the level set in the group and helps manage the long term perspective Wagan Holdings takes on each deal.
Brandon Guderian
Brandon has a proven track record working directly with senior executives and board of directors in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, providing business insight and management. He’s demonstrated application of strategic planning, product and project management, and diverse team management, along with applied financial analysis to drive business growth. All of his past experience is instrumental as his key role as head of investor relations for Wagan Holdings.
Stephanie Bagan
Stephanie is a licensed realtor in the state of MN. Stephanie currently works for EXP realty and has a certification in Commercial Real Estate. In addition to be a licensed realtor, Stephanie acts as director of Wagan Holdings Social Media and Member outreach.
Ben Walsh
Ben has deep experience in corporate sales and account management where his roles were focused on communication and maintaining relationships. Ben also founded and hosted a podcast that was successfully monetized in the first year of production. With nearly a decade managing relationships and driving growth through marketing programs you can expect to see all of the communication and marketing efforts coming from Ben on what exciting things the Wagan Holdings team is working on.
